Life Fellow), from Brain-Mind Institute and GENISAMA, USA; Prof. Jim Torresen, from University of
Oslo, Norway; Prof. Jianhua Zhang, from Oslo Metropolitan University, Norway; Prof. Sami Brandt,
from IT-University of Copenhagen, Denmark and Mr. Tomas Navarro, from European Space Agency,
UK. In the conferences, we have 8 onsite-sessions and 4 online sessions with topics: Machine
learning theory and model design; Deep learning and reinforcement learning; Neural networks and
computational models; Language models and natural language processing; Multimodal data
conversion and information detection, etc.
